2021 Sewing and Stitchery Expo (SewExpo)
Last weekend, we had a virtual booth at SewExpo and it was so much fun! In the beginning we had a few technical difficulties (of course!) so we decided to pre-record our talks and then take questions during our live session. This turned out great AND this means everyone who missed SewExpo can still experience our booth! I've also included some photos of two fantastic quilts that were on display in our booth.
The first one is a Lighthouse Wall Hanging I have been working on for some time. I keep adding to it here and there, using shells, iron-on crystals, silver and ceramic fish, along with interesting sea creatures. I used 2 of the 12" Lighthouse Batiks, and the 6" Batik Packet -- which has 9 different Lighthouses in the packet. On our website we also sell the pattern to this and kits for making it as well.
This other piece, Curved Arrows, was designed and crafted by Judith Sanstrom. She used our Batik Art Painting, PE23 Healing Buddha as a centerpiece, as well as our Cotton Batiks. These two pieces looked so great in our booth!
